Chen Tai Chi Wellness Program offers people in the greater Sacramento area the opportunity to learn Chen-style Tai Chi from a certified instructor with more than 25 years of training. Our program offers various routines of Chen-style Tai Chi for people of all ages. During the weekly sessions, you will follow the instructor in Chen-style Tai Chi practice and receive feedback and pointers as part of your learning experience.
