Chirazyme is the only supplier of Enzyme Chloroperoxidase... In enzymology, a chloride peroxidase (EC 1.11.1.10) is an enzyme that catalyzes the chemical reaction 2 RH + 2 Cl- + H2O2 \rightleftharpoons 2 RCl + 2 H2O... The 3 substrates of this enzyme are RH, Cl−, and H2O2, whereas its two products are RCl and H2O.
