Kate trailblazed her way into the distribution industry in Canada as the first and only woman to open her own warehousing distribution facility specializing in marketing and sales practices that differentiated her from everyone else. She is the driving creative force of the team. When not managing the sales team and negotiating contracts, she is creating compelling podcast episodes and social content and managing her real estate investing business.

Gillian pursued a career in advertising from a childhood dream to be like Angela on Who's the Boss. After 20+ years in agency life she decided to be her own boss and offer her expertise on a contract basis to a few select companies. At CLM she helps bring Kate's creative ideas to life and works with the team to implement operational efficiencies. In her free time, she can be found with her nose in a thriller novel or planning her next renovation.
Liz is a freelance digital marketing expert who loves keeping up with the latest social media trends. When not whipping up google forms in under 5 minutes she is conducting social media trainings and coaching millennials on how to manage their finances. In her free time she can be found at the park chasing after her little guy!
Tracey is the oil that keeps the CLM machine running. Her extensive history in client experience and operations ensure that orders go out on time, communication is current and all reporting is timely and accurate. On top of that she is also one of our sales reps! In her free time, she can be found on the ball diamond or in her garden, and hosting parties with family and friends.
