Dee loves supporting our injectable patients, making sure they are comfortable andthat they enjoy the experience as well as offering skin care education and advice. Dee brings years of experience as a phlebotomist and medical assistant to the team and started assisting Dr Marie-Louise Wessels with her injectable cosmetic practice back in 2013.
Dee is an avid yogi and loves all outdoor adventures and taking advantage of everything the west coast has to offer. After spending many years living in Italy, she is happy to be back in her home town of Victoria and part of the Clear Skin team.

Marie-Louise is a passionate leader in cosmetic medicine and has provided long-term, natural-looking injection results since 2007. Her advanced education and expertise, cutting-edge techniques, and warm, focused patient care are very apparent in her injectable outcomes and are reflected by her loyal patient following that trust sitting in her cosmetic chair.
Marie-Louise offers cosmetic neuromodulators, bio-stimulants, PRP and dermal filler injections, thread lifts, sclerotherapy and Belkyra/meso skin health, age management and beauty therapies. As our clinic's medical director, she supports all medical skin health concerns and prescriptions. We also like to call her the Director Of Patient Comfort, as she works her magic to ensure our patients are comfortable during advanced medical skin health and beauty procedures.

Jewels is a certified aesthetic laser technician through the BC Academy of Medical Aesthetics & Skin Care. She specialises in Laser Hair Removal, Laser Tattoo Removal, and Laser & Medical Treatments for Acne and Skin Rejuvenation with our Cutera, Aerolase, Skin Pen and RevitaPen Systems. Born and raised in Victoria, Jewels loves that she has been able to build her laser and skin health career here in her hometown. Her passion, advanced technical skills, kind personality and sense of humour make even the "spiciest" laser treatments a positive experience.

Kristina Hewlett is the founder and director of Clear Skin Victoria. Her philosophy for the clinic includes offering a customized and supportive approach to healthy skin and ageing that considers the whole person and their lifestyle, diet, optimal holistic products and treatment options that deliver long-term, beneficial, natural-looking results. Whether it is Kristina's 20 years of skin health experience, including extensive knowledge of medical lasers, micro-needling, dermal filler and injectable consulting and skin care product development or her training and experience as a certified nutrition and health coach, Kristina's desire to educate her clients and help them make healthy choices with their skin and age management routine sets her apart from other professionals in the industry.
Kristina directs Clear Skin Victoria's business and operations and conducts the information/consultation sessions and skin health and nutrition assessments. Her laser, skin health and wellness practice are focused and specialized in medical and RF micro-needling, acne/rosacea therapy and reactive/allergic skin conditions, assistance in physician-administered injectables and age management, and laser resurfacing treatments.

Michele welcomes and supports Clear Skin clients with comprehensive information about all our treatments and services. Michele is trained and certified in medical micro-needling, Morpheus8 RF micro-needling and Cosmelan pigmentation treatments and splits her time at the clinic equally between client support and providing specialized medical facial treatments. Her degree in psychology and training in cranial sacral and energy healing therapies brings a calming and nurturing energy to the clinic and to her clients during treatments.
Outside of the clinic, Michele is a mother of 3 children (all now taller than her), a sensitive dog and a slightly aggressive cat. She is originally from New Jersey, spent years living in Hawaii and we are very happy that she fell in love with Victoria and has called it home since 2008.
