Dave Baker worked as an IT Consultant for CNS for one year prior to joining CNS as CIO in 2022. Dave brings in over 25 years experience in IT, a graduate degree from Texas Tech University and over 18 years in IT healthcare primarily in home health, hospice, and personal care.
Dave brings career experience with system integrations, conversions, and implementations along with company retooling. While working in the healthcare industry, he oversaw many due diligence and integration teams across all company departments for numerous acquisitions of both public and private companies.
Dave resides in Oregon with his wife and two children and enjoys many outdoor activities offered in Oregon particularly golfing.

Greg Abolofia comes to the CNS Team with 16 years of experience within the healthcare industry with.

Jesse Verni joined CNS as Chief Financial Officer in August 2021, bringing over 20 years of financial and operational leadership. Jesse oversees all finance functions of CNS, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, and revenue cycle management, as well as providing strategic and operational support for the company.
Before joining CNS, Jesse served as Vice President of Finance at Compassus, a national provider of hospice and home health care. Previously, Jesse spent 10 years with Change Healthcare, a leading healthcare technology company, where he advanced to Vice President of Finance. Earlier in Jesse's career, he held various finance and operational roles at Moody's Corporation and Tiffany & Co. Jesse is an exceptional leader with a focus on building strong relationships that drive the strategic direction of the company. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Fordham University and a bachelor's degree in economics and psychology from Vanderbilt University.
Jesse currently resides in Tennessee with his wife and two children and enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and golfing.

With a demonstrated track record of progressive growth and extensive experience in all aspects of human resources, Lee Ann is an accomplished executive-level human resources professional with discipline in recruitment and personnel management.
Lee Ann brings over 25 years of HR experience to CNS with over 12 years in a health care environment, and most recently as VP of HR for a large hospital in the Tampa Bay area.
With specialties in strategic planning, organization development, change management, workforce planning and recruiting, Lee Ann brings alignment with organizational values to the CNS workforce.
Lee Ann lives in Castle Rock with her husband of almost 32 years and enjoys time with her two grown children and Golden Retriever puppy.

Michael joined the CNS Team in May of 2018. Michael oversees all aspects of the company's sales and marketing efforts. Michael has a proven track record of driving sales effectiveness through coaching and accountability. Prior to CNS, Michael worked for Concentra, a national occupational health provider as Vice President of Sales where he supported multi channeled sales effort in patient growth and retention throughout the central region of the United States.
Michael is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He currently resides in Omaha, Nebraska with his wife and 3 sons.

Scott Oetting is a Colorado Native, originally from Colorado Springs and graduating from Colorado State University. Scott brings 20 years of leadership in the Home Healthcare industry to CNS Cares. His last position was Regional VP of operations at Aveanna Healthcare.
With specialties in strategic planning, and organization development, Scott holds personal strength and passion in building and developing winning teams.
Scott currently lives in Castle Rock, Colorado with his Wife and 3 year old son and loves to Golf and see the country in their RV.
