In 2011, Consulture Group was formed in order to better serve the talent acquisition needs of the design and engineering industry. Principal Scott Anderson had spent more than 15 years in the recruiting industry and saw that the "one size fits all" approach was underserving his clientele. Consulture Group's philosophy is to take the extra time to understand our clients' needs and how they can best be served in a timely manner. Every company has a different culture and has specific needs for each open position. Our team takes the time to identify and vet candidates that are not only professionally qualified, but are also equipped to grow with our clients.
