Ed Cottone is a trial lawyer. While many lawyers have never argued before a judge and/or jury in a trial, Ed Cottone has taken cases to jury trials and bench trials in both superior and federal courts. He has also argued before three-judge-paneled Appellate Courts. Ed Cottone's specialty is business litigation, representing the rights of business owners. He has litigated cases with over $100 million in dispute. Ed Cottone has also defended clients in cases against the United States Department of Justice and the Internal Revenue Service.
