CROSSFIT ALEDO

CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide... We are the first CrossFit Box in Aledo and Parker County. We have been in business since 2011. We welcome everyone to come tour our facility. We have showers, plush kids playroom, ice machine, big ass fan, private running track and most importantly we are easily accessible from I20 or 1187. We have many classes to help meet everyones demanding busy schedules. We have been active sponsors and supportors in the community since the day we opened.
