This means he understands the science of technology, yet also possess the acumen necessary to understand what makes a business successful. Our clients find comfort in that. As Founder and President of Crystal Communications, Daniel Chong provides strategic direction and oversees all aspects of the company's operations, including business development and financial management. Daniel brings over two decades of experience in operations management, accounting, mergers and acquisitions, and lending. Prior to founding Crystal Communications in 2000, Daniel was Vice-President / Director / CFO of Provident Services, Inc., the lending subsidiary of Service Corporation International (NYSE: SRV), the world's largest funeral and cemetery company. At Provident, Daniel was responsible for managing finance and administrative functions for this $275 million dollar finance company. Earlier in his career Daniel was Vice-President / Loan Services Manager of First City Texas, NA and a Senior Tax Accountant at Seidman and Seidman. He started his career as a Tax Accountant at Raymond International. Daniel holds a BBA degree in Accounting from Baylor University and an MBA from the University of Houston. Daniel is a certified public accountant.
