For more than 30 years Wendy has been involved in the planning, merchandising, development and leasing of more than two dozen shopping centers and mixed- use developments located in the US and internationally as well. During her career in upscale retail Wendy successfully negotiated and leased space in high profile properties such as Copley Place, Boston MA, Water Tower Place, Chicago, IL, Century City, Los Angeles, CA, San Francisco Center CA, 900 N. Michigan, Chicago, IL, Brookfield Place, New York, NY, and The Shops at The Bravern, Bellevue, WA. Upon exiting the corporate world in 2002, Wendy formed her own independent company: Creative Retail Leasing, LLC ("CRL").
