CUSTOM KINETICS

Custom Kinetics was founded in 2011 by two like-minded trainers that believed that by combining resources, they could help more people become healthier. With a shared philosophy of focusing on movement quality before quantity or intensity, they combined their individual training businesses to form Custom Kinetics in a little studio in the heart of McLean. Quickly outgrowing the 800 square foot McLean studio, they looked for a larger space to move the growing business to, Jones Branch Drive. Over 7 years later, CK was ready to change again. This change was in both location and ownership. Geoff has taken over the business completely and continued it into its next phase, and location at Tyco Road.
