Denis Procenko is Chief Operations Officer at our operational centre in Limassol, Cyprus. Denis brings with him his vast experience of international crew recruitment and operations gained from working at blue-chip ship owning and ship management companies.

Dimitris Liolios is Director and Partner of Seanovate Marine, Danica's manning office in the Philippines working exclusively for Danica. Dimitris has extensive experience with recruitment and management for Filipino seafarers. He began his shipping career in the commercial sector before moving into marine HR. He has more than 30 years' shipping experience and has built his expertise in ship and crew management companies. Raised in Melbourne, Dmitris has lived and worked in several culturally diverse cities including Athens, Singapore and Manila. He is a strong professional with an MBA from Henley Business School.

Henrik Jensen, a Danish citizen, has a background as a captain and more than 20 years' high-quality shipping experience on shore. Henrik's professional career includes being Managing Director of a large Danish ferry operator. He joined the Bernhard Schulte Group in 2000 where he held various management positions including Senior Managing Director for Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement (Deutschland) and Group Managing Director of Human Resources. In 2008 Captain Jensen was a co-founder of Nordic Hamburg Shipmanagement, building up the organisation and a manning agency in Odessa. Oleksandra Bilinska is a Ukrainian citizen and a graduate of the Maritime Law and Management department of Odesa National Maritime University. She started her career in crewing in 2015, joined Danica as Crewing Manager in 2017 and took office as Managing Director of Danica in Ukraine in 2022.

Vijay Rangroo is the Founder & CEO of Energios, a broad-spectrum maritime consulting company specialised in all aspects of managing ships, from acquiring new tonnage to finding end-of-life solutions. His association with ships began in 1975 as a deck cadet, progressing to become a Captain in 1983. He has continued his career ashore since 1986 with ship management companies in Hongkong, Mumbai, Bergen and Singapore. The experience and expertise of more than 35 years, gained from building ship management and manning companies, running ships, and managing owners' expectations, has been captured in the very fabric of Energios and made available to ship owners, asset financiers and the maritime cluster in general. His eye for details, analytical skills and cost management, combined with people skills, delivers value in any service a client chooses. In addition to his ‘day job' as a ship manager he is also a qualified Maritime Arbitrator and Mediator.

Yulia Filchukova is a Ukrainian citizen, a graduate of Odessa National University's International Affairs Department. She was employed as a crewing officer with some of the major crewing agencies in Odessa since 2002. Yulia joined Danica's office in Odessa in 2011 and was promoted to General Manager in 2018.
