Brandon, Chief

Brandon has been working in the dental field for over three years now, and he really enjoys helping our dentists create amazing smiles that change lives for patients in need. He studied at Seton Hall University and has also attended courses in dental management and leadership at the Scheduling Institute in Georgia. Brandon is actually Dr. Lacap and Dr. Tong's oldest son, and he serves as a "Jack of All Trades" throughout the office - in fact, you might see him filling in for nearly any position! In his free time, he enjoys going on hikes, practicing art, and snowboarding.

Dr. Julia Yun

Dr. Yun is currently a member of the American Dental Association as well as the Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Mike Pilar

Dr. Mike Pilar has exclusively focused on the treatment of temporomandibular joint disorder (TMD) and migraines since 1997, distinguishing himself with his advancements in TMD treatment protocols. His state-of-the-art approach is influenced by both eastern and western medicine, and he is an unchallenged expert at treating patients suffering from migraine headaches, jaw joint disorders, and head and neck muscle pain. Dr. Pilar is a 1964 graduate of the NYU College of Dentistry and member of the American Board of Craniofacial Pain. His distinguished 45-year career includes achievements such as being the first American dentist to lecture at the Beijing Hospital University, and he is also a pioneering member of the Academy of Laser Dentistry. His knowledge and expertise are highly sought, and he lectures on TMD awareness to physicians, dentists, and nurse practitioners in Rockland County and local community groups.

Dr. Steven Reff

Dr. Reff received his D.D.S. (Doctor of Dental Surgery) degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. While there, he graduated at the top of his class and was honored by his faculty by being inducted into the Gamma Pi Delta Prosthodontic Honors Society. He also served as President on a variety of committees, including the dental school's Global Outreach Program and the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery study group. Following dental school, Dr. Reff completed his cosmetic and surgical-based training at the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine/New York Presbyterian Hospital. Upon completing this training, he began treating patients in private practice. He was also invited to take a position at Columbia University teaching postgraduate candidates and future dentists. Dr. Reff is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, a credential he received after completing three years of intensive, hands-on oral training dedicated to dental implants.

Dr. Susan Roubicek

Dr. Susan Roubicek is an Orthodontist, looking after the residents of Tappan, NY. She is excited to bring her knowledge to Washington Dental Associate & Smile More Dentistry. She looks forward to working with her patients to help provide preventative care education and practice healthy oral hygiene. Dr. Roubicek completed her dental training at Fairleigh Dickinson University. She advanced her training by completing a certificate in orthodontics at Boston University. She understands the importance of quality care and believes in delivering it seamlessly along with professional patient service. As an orthodontist, Dr. Roubicek strives to stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry to provide suitable treatment options to her patients. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, and the New Jersey Dental Association.
