With over 20 years' experience in diverse areas of banking and finance, including Retail Banking, Business Banking, Corporate Banking and corporate training, I have developed a diverse set of skills that assist in the financial analysis of our business and process improvement.
I attended Latrobe University studying History and politics before finding my niche in Banking and Finance. I enjoy understanding what makes a business tick and looking for areas to develop strong policy to create a stronger finance position. I also spent 6 years training corporate staff where I helped develop the skills and job satisfaction of thousands of staff.

I have over 25 years of experience in management, exporting, procurement, engineering, I.T. and the construction industry.
Since joining the DDC team, I have had extensive exposure to the construction sector, including pricing, bid management, project management, Quality Control and successful completion of projects throughout Australia.
In my 27 year career I have worked in Business Management, Project Management and Pre-Contracts Management in Australia, involving a variety of disciplines within the Energy, Resources, Road Safety and Infrastructure industries.
I have developed extensive personal experience in management of a construction business and projects with complex multi-disciplined features. In addition, I have built a proven relationship with many companies that allows synergies within our Companies and cross utilization of our resources.
Through my wide knowledge of construction, pre-contracts, and business management I have been able to apply to the successful completion of various projects to the satisfaction of our clients.

In my 34 year career I have worked in Project Management, Design Management and Pre-Contracts Management in England, Africa, Fiji, Australia, Myanmar and Malaysia involving a variety of disciplines within the Energy, Resources and Infrastructure industries.
I have developed extensive personal experience in management of construction projects with complex multi-disciplined features.
My career developed from Engineer through to Project Manager through working for Kier Construction (UK) for 11 years, McConnell Dowell Constructors (Aust) for 8 years, and self-employed for 15 years. During the period of self-employment I have undertaken road works, pipeline works, CSG resource sector works and various other works within the mining and resource sector.
I have been extensively involved in the civil, structural, marine, mechanical and electrical disciplines on projects.
Over my 31year career I have held positions namely in Electrical, Solar, Battery Storage and finally Construction industry.
During this time I have developed the necessary skills that have enabled me to deliver projects from "Concept to Handover". I have assisted in a number of design projects for private and commercial enterprises. I have also developed analytical, organisational and critical facilities skills for maintaining a project team on point, even during those tight deadlines and unexpected stressful conditions.
I have over 20 years' experience in project management, warehousing, distribution, and supply chain, with a focus on safety, continuous improvement, and lean principles.
I recently moved into the construction industry, looking to expand my skills. I have ISO 9001 Auditor Training, Lean Training, Project Management and Leadership Development Training, which have been adaptable across industries.
I have developed performance management tools for productivity and quality measurement, developed procedures and policies, including job work instructions
I have been an integral member and chair of safety committee, running weekly meetings and ensuring action items resolved, running 5S training and implementing 5S audits across worksites
