Blair Andrews has devoted her entire career to construction. She was a commercial construction litigator for 16 years before coming onboard with Design Roofing & Restoration. As a "recovering lawyer," Blair now spends her time helping our valued clients both in the field and from her office. She enjoys skiing, hiking, and traveling.

Bryan Pearman started Design Roofing & Restoration in 2011. As the son of a homebuilder, Bryan spent his youth on construction sites and learning the business through hands-on experience. He founded this company on a simple philosophy: show up on time, do what we say we are going to do, and treat each customer with respect and professionalism. Bryan enjoys fly fishing, skiing, and live music.
