Amanda Scott

Amanda has been with the company since December 2021. Her background is in HR/Payroll for 20-plus years. She is from Marion, OH, and has one daughter, Mickala, and three adorable grandsons! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and all outdoor activities; hiking, biking, camping, and gardening. Her favorite part about working for Delaware Court is "the people I work with; it is very much a family environment!"

Bill Harris

Bruce Levering

In 1967, the Levering's opened Marion Manor Nursing Home in Marion. That was the year William Dunn, the Levering's longtime friend, joined the company. Dunn was the Administrator at Marion Manor until he retired, at which time his daughter Linn Wade assumed the Administrator position. In 1974, Levering Management opened Country Court Nursing Center on Coshocton Avenue, and in 1978, the company purchased Morrow Manor Nursing Home in Chesterville. That was the year Bill joined the company, shortly after he graduated from Ashland University. In July 1985, the Levering's opened the Delaware Court Healthcare Center in Delaware. The Living Center in Mount Vernon was opened in February 1986 in the previous Martin Memorial Hospital building as a senior retirement community with 48 apartments. Bill Levering said the company's skilled nursing facilities are for individuals who have been discharged from the hospital and require some form of physical, occupational, respiratory, or speech therapy service; and a retirement living center is a setting for seniors wanting a more independent lifestyle in a secured environment where Social Programs are included. Other members of the Levering family are involved in the company. Bill's younger brother, Ken Levering, joined the company in 1995 and is the administrator of the Delaware Court Healthcare Center and a shareholder. Bill's sister, Cindi, is a shareholder as well as a Corporate Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Supervisor for the company. Jeff Levering, another brother, is a shareholder. Bill Levering said the company places great importance on community involvement. The Living Center is the host site for judging of the Junior Miss Scholarship Program, and also the location of the Dan Emmett Music & Arts Festival's flower show. All of the facilities have Trick-or-Treat night for children. He said children and seniors bond as though they were grandchildren and grandparents. Local school classes also come into The Living Center to celebrate the holidays.

DEBBIE RINEHART

Debbie is a Marysville native. She attended The Ohio State University where she graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing. She has been working in the medical field for 46 years! Debbie enjoys playing with her grandchildren, hiking, reading, needlecrafts, and gardening. Debbie's favorite thing about Delaware Court is the family-feeling atmosphere of the facility!

Dr. Rajnish Gupta

Dr. Rajnish Gupta earned his medical degree from the University Of Delhi, India in 1985 with honors. He also trained as a surgeon and has Master of Surgery and Fellowship from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow in the United Kingdom. Dr. Gupta then came to New York to complete his family practice residency in 1996. He then came to Ohio and joined a practice in Monroe County. Dr. Gupta now lives and practices in Westerville with his wife. They have two children who reside in Columbus. He enjoys a variety of things in his free time such as playing the piano and violin, playing golf, sailing, snorkeling and scuba diving. Dr. Gupta prides himself on being a renowned senior care expert.

HEATHER HOWARD

Heather is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has practiced in many areas of long term care throughout her nursing career. She is a 1994 graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She earned her Master of Science of Nursing in 2003 from Otterbein University. She is currently maintains certifications in her professional areas of interest which include becoming a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse, a Certified Dementia Practitioner, and a Certified Wound Specialist. Heather is a life-long resident of Delaware, Ohio where she resides with her family. She enjoys outdoor activities, caring for her dogs, and cheering on her favorite athletic teams.

KEN LEVERING

Ken has been with Delaware Court Healthcare Center since 2003, and with Levering Management since 1992. Originally from Fredericktown, Ohio, he now lives in Powell, Ohio with his wife Suzanne and his three children: Karla, Kristen, and Kelly. Ken is happy to have created a team of senior care experts that look over the residents. Ken is a graduate of Ashland University with a Bachelor's and Master's degree of Business Administration. He is also the youngest son of Bruce and Joan Levering, founders of Levering Management. He is a past board member of the Ohio Healthcare Association and currently serves on the Board of Directors at Levering Management, Inc.

Mackenzie Ruhl

Mackenzie Ruhl is the Activities Director for Delaware Court Healthcare Center in Delaware, Ohio. She has been with us since December of 2019. Mackenzie received a Bachelor's in Applied Health Science from Bowling Green State University. Outside of work she enjoys reading, painting, and crafting. Her and her dog currently live in Mount Gilead, Ohio.
