Kevin E. Dinius is the managing member of the law firm Dinius & Associates, PLLC. Kevin's practice is focused on civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial disputes, lender liability, construction law, criminal defense, medical malpractice and personal injury cases. He is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association. Kevin has successfully recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients through jury verdicts and settlements all the while striving to provide cost effective, real world advice to resolve disputes. Kevin was born in Nampa, Idaho in 1965. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology (cum laude) from Boise State University and his Juris Doctorate degree (summa cum laude) from the University of Idaho. While in law school, he was named to the Dean's list every semester and served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Idaho Law Review in 1998-1999. He is a member of Phi Kappa Phi and Delta Theta Phi. Kevin is licensed to practice before all state and federal courts in Idaho. Prior to attending Boise State University, Kevin served almost 5 years in the U.S. Army as an airborne forward observer (paratrooper) and was honorably discharged in July 1991 having attained the rank of Sergeant (E-5). When not aggressively representing his clients' interests, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife of over 30 years, their 3 daughters and 4 grandchildren. His hobbies include hunting, fishing and skydiving having accumulated more than 1000+ freefall skydives. He holds a D license, coach rating, static line instructor rating and tandem instructor rating from the United States Parachute Association.
