Amy Harris

Amy is the Vice President of Asset Management for Dornin Investment Group based in Las Vegas, NV. In this role she assists in overseeing the day-to-day management of DIG's commercial office, multifamily and flex portfolio. In addition to supervising staff personnel representing multiple local building engineers and assistant property managers, her role consists of ensuring day to day building operations and maintaining and guaranteeing tenant satisfaction. Amy has over 9+ years of experience in the property management field. Prior to joining DIG, Amy spent over 6 years as Vice President for a fully integrated real estate development firm based in Denver, CO specializing in Apartments and U.S. Government build-to-suit lease back-office buildings. Along with assisting in the procurement of build to suit developments for the Federal Government, she oversaw over 28 federally leased properties totaling more than 500,000 sf. in Nevada, California, Arizona, Montana, Louisiana, Colorado, Georgia, South Dakota, Georgia and South Carolina. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Energy Management from the University of Tulsa in Oklahoma.

Andrea Galston

Andrea Galston serves as Executive Assistant and manages the Laguna Beach office of Dornin Investment Group. With a passion for precision and a knack for organization she dedicates her time to ensuring seamless operations for executives and the entire DIG team. Andrea's keen attention to detail and her strong interpersonal skills aid her in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling intricate tasks with professionalism. Prior to joining DIG, Andrea had the opportunity to work as an Executive Assistant for a tax consulting firm, where she further honed her skills in providing exceptional support to senior management. Andrea understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality and discretion while fostering an environment where efficiency meets excellence.

Beverly Little

Beverly is responsible for assisting in corporate and property accounting. Her responsibilities include but are not limited to providing support to the management team and assisting in the day-to-day operations. She works closely with the Assistant Portfolio Manager and other Dornin personnel in property management duties. As an Accounting Assistant and an Idaho Notary Republic she handles Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank reconciliations and Journal Entry for Dornin Investment Group and its affiliate Dornin Realty Advisors. She also works closely with the Chief Financial Officer & Accounting Manager who are based in the Laguna office.

Brody Jones

Brody Jones joined Dornin Investment Group as an Analyst in the Laguna Beach office in 2023. Brody is a results-driven professional with an enthusiasm for finance and investment analysis. In this role Brody collaborates closely with the Assistant VP of Investments with various financial analysis initiatives on new aquisitions as well as the VP of Asset Management to ensure the efficient management of DIG's extensive portfolio. In his day-to-day Brody is responsible for a broad range of tasks, including underwriting, investor relations, developing investment strategies and assisting with property management. Brody joins DIG with a strong educational background as a graduate of the esteemed University of California, Santa Barbara and well equipped with valuable hands-on experience having served as an Acquisition Analyst for IGRE, a notable commercial real estate investment fund. Driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence and a genuine passion for finance while working full-time Brody is actively completing the University of San Diego's "Real Estate Finance, Investments and Development Certificate" program. Outside of work and his academic pursuits Brody enjoys surfing, snowboarding and traveling.

Chelsea Cooper

Chelsea Cooper is the Assistant Property Manager for the Coast Inn, Dornin Investment Groups boutique ocean front hotel in Laguna Beach. Day in and day out Chelsea is responsible for guest relations, overseeing reservations and managing the housekeeping and maintenance staff. Chelsea comes to DIG with a solid background as an elementary educator for the past decade, in those years Chelsea fostered a deep passion for people and these personal connections fuel her drive to create memorable experiences for each guest at the Coast Inn. In her free time Chelsea finds solace in the beauty of the beach and cherished moments spent with her family.

Chris Dornin - CEO, Founder

Chris Dornin founded DIG in 2010 and has since completed over $1 billion of multifamily, office, flex, industrial, retail, hospitality and performing, sub and non-performing loan investments totaling 3.2 million square feet throughout Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada and Texas. Over the past 15 years, he has managed partnerships that have acquired over 600 residential properties and 6 million square feet of commercial real estate. Prior to DIG, Chris served as both Chief Investment Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Chase Merritt, a private real estate investment firm headquartered in Newport Beach, CA. In this position, Chris directed all of the company's investment activities, oversaw portfolio management, managed the company's capital relationships and was responsible for all of the company's day-to-day operations. During his time at Chase Merritt, Chris was directly responsible for the acquisition, leasing, renovation, management, and disposition of $500mm of commercial real estate including office, industrial, hospitality, and retail properties throughout California, Georgia, Tennessee and Texas. In addition, he was responsible for the raising and management of three discretionary private equity funds totaling $150MM that invested in foreclosed residential properties throughout Arizona and California. Prior to joining Chase Merritt, Chris was a Vice President and Partner at Buchanan Street Partners. While at Buchanan, Chris successfully completed approximately $2 billion of joint venture equity, preferred equity, mezzanine, and debt investments in all property types throughout the United States. Chris played water polo at the University of California, Berkeley and is an avid surfer, snowboarder and swimmer.

Christopher Adams

Christopher joined Dornin Investment Group as Vice President of Accounting and Finance in Laguna Beach. Christopher oversees all financial and accounting operations, as well as corporate financial planning. With over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, he brings an extensive background in financial accounting, investor reporting, capital markets and debt structure. He has held senior accounting roles with large developers and boutique family offices, placing over $500 million in debt facilities, including bridge loans, recapitalizations, refinances and lines of credit. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Cal State Long Beach, as well as an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, where he also obtained a certificate in Real Estate and Urban Development. He is a member of UC Irvine Center of Real Estate as well as Deans Leadership Circle. Chris lives in South Orange County.

Courtney Beckwith

David Murphy

Mr. Murphy is responsible for overseeing corporate level accounting for Dornin Investment Group. In this role, Mr. Murphy oversees accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions as well as handles cash flow analysis, investor reporting, and month end accounting duties for Dornin Investment Group and its affiliate Dornin Realty Advisors. He has over 20 years of accounting experience, including financial reporting and analysis. Prior to joining Dornin Investment Group, Mr. Murphy spent over 5 years at KBS Realty Advisors, which is one of the nation's preeminent buyers of commercial real estate and structured debt investments, having completed over $30.8 billion in transactional volume since its inception. During his time at KBS Mr. Murphy was responsible for financial reporting, month end functions, variance analysis, cash flow, and lender reporting. Mr. Murphy received his B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from California State University Fullerton. In his free time, Mr. Murphy enjoys spending time with his daughter, going to the beach, hiking, singing karaoke, and amusement parks.

Tyson Bryan

Tyson Bryan joined Dornin Investment Group as Assistant Vice President of Investments in Laguna Beach. Tyson leads DIG's financial analysis efforts across the firm's debt and hard asset investment strategies. Tyson is responsible for underwriting and proforma projections, and maintains responsibilities related to acquisitions, development, asset management, and dispositions functions. Tyson joined DIG directly from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business (MBA Class of 2022) where he earned an MBA degree with concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Real Estate. At USC, Tyson achieved Dean's List marks, was the recipient of the William B. and Elsie Glassick Endowed Scholarship, and worked as a Summer Associate at The Howard Hughes Corporation on Strategic Development and Capital Markets projects in Houston, Texas and Las Vegas, Nevada. Prior to business school, Tyson worked as an Investment Banker at Goldman Sachs in New York, NY and completed over $2bn in mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions. Tyson is an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, a happily married husband, and a father to three daughters.
