I am an engaged STEM professional who is passionate about education, community building, and gender issues. I am skilled in developing educational and training resources, web content strategy, and strategically thinking about knowledge management and communication. I strive to be an advocate and ally to all people and to create an inclusive culture. I am passionate about the impact of sexism and misogyny on people who identify as women, especially in the STEM fields... I am Associate Director of Business and Technology Operations for External Relations at Harvard Business School. I also founded (ca. 2013) Harvard's Women in Technology + Allies group (@HarvardWIT+) and have been organizing lectures and events since then to promote inclusivity at Harvard, to collaborate, and to discuss our experiences as marginalized genders in technology.
