DREAMS TO REALITY

In 2000, Dreams to Reality (DTR) was established by local women in an effort to help disadvantaged women secure interview and career appropriate attire. The not-for-profit was set up by taking donated clothing and gifting them to women through a referral process. Initially, this was a very limited effort. In time DTR has grown into the strong reliable agency known today... At Dreams to Reality we are inclusive. We celebrate multiple approaches and points of view. We believe diversity drives innovation. So we're building a culture where differences are valued. We take a holistic approach. We're always growing our network of volunteers, and programs all designed to help our clients and volunteers grow.
