EALING MUSIC SERVICE

Ealing Music Service was established in 1999 when the Government introduced Music Standards Fund (MSF) to protect and develop music services. The service has grown and developed since that time and now provides a comprehensive range of services for schools and communities in Ealing. Ealing Music Service is a fully traded organisation funded by delivery of services and grants. EMS' primary funder is Arts Council England who appointed EMS as the lead partner of the Ealing Music Partnership responsible for delivery of the Ealing Music Hub. Arts Council Funding allows these services to be delivered at highly subsidized rate, making music education accessible to all...
