Dunlavy Law Group, LLC is a small boutique law firm practicing in a variety of venues in the larger Atlanta metropolitan area and the State of Georgia. The firm specializes in land use, zonig, historical preservation, and non-transactional real estate matters. Representation before local governments, trial and appellate courts is provided. The firm was established in March of 2007 by Linda Dunlavy, formerly Of Counsel with Wilson, Morton and Downs; Smith Gambrel and Russel, Seyfarth Shaw, and the DeKalb County Law Department... We provide representation to clients before local governing bodies (such as city councils, boards of commissioners, zoning boards, historical preservation commissions and planning commissions) and in court. Representation includes most jurisdictions inside the Atlanta metropolitan area and many outside of Atlanta. Appellate work is also welcomed.
