The Estuary Partnership is dedicated to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in our programs, in the environmental field, and in our broader communities. DEI is fundamental to our mission... The Estuary Partnership was founded in 1995, and 2020 was our 25th year of protecting and advocating for the lower Columbia River... The Estuary Partnership is part of the National Estuary Program (NEP)-a network of voluntary community-based groups that safeguard the health of our most important coastal ecosystems throughout the United States. The NEP is administered by EPA and includes 28 programs across the country-also including nearby Puget Sound and Tillamook Bay.
