Attorney Brian Beason

Attorney Brian Beason is Board-Certified by the Florida Bar in Business Litigation. Attorney Cort Frohlich is Board-Certified by the Florida Bar in Civil Trial Law. Attorney Brian Beason is currently the only attorney Board-Certified for Business Litigation by the Florida Bar in all of Charlotte County. Attorney Cort Frohlich is one of only three attorneys in Charlotte County with Board Certification for Civil Trial Law. Board Certification by the Florida Bar is a selective designation carried by "only 7 percent of eligible Florida Bar members," according to the Florida Bar website. Florida Board-Certified attorneys have been evaluated for competence and experience in a particular area of law. Receiving Board Certification distinguishes lawyers as experts or specialists in this area of law. Brian M. Beason is a skilled personal injury attorney in Port Charlotte and partner at Frohlich, Gordon & Beason, P.A. Brian has practiced law in Florida since he received his Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2001. He is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Brian is Board-Certified in Business Litigation, a specialty you will not find in any other law firm centered in Charlotte County. He serves his clients through a varied practice including commercial litigation, professional negligence cases, and consumer law claims. W. Cort Frohlich is a seasoned Port Charlotte personal injury attorney and partner at Frohlich, Gordon & Beason, P.A. Cort champions over 40 years of practicing law in Florida since graduating with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1976. It is his passion to represent victims of negligence. Cort is Board-Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Florida Bar and Certified in Civil Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Among his many distinctions, Cort is AV Preeminent® Rated by Martindale-Hubbell® and has been selected for inclusion in the Florida Super Lawyers® list in the field of personal injury every year since 2006. A notable highlight of Cort's extensive courtroom experience is a wrongful death verdict he obtained on behalf of the parents and daughter of a young lady tragically killed in a tractor-trailer accident. A verdict of $4,650,000 was awarded after a two-week trial, becoming one of the larger known civil jury verdicts in Charlotte County history. Cort extends himself to his community by serving as President of the Board of Charlotte Behavioral Health Care. He also enjoys serving as emcee for multiple charitable events, including Edison College Pops at Sunset, Boys and Girls Club BASEBALL, C.A.R.E.
