Anne is a chartered accountant and is on the boards of ASX listed Steadfast Group Limited and Infomedia Limited. She is also on the board of two insurers, MDA National Pty Limited and Commonwealth Insurance Limited, a long standing FINEOS customer. Anne qualified as a chartered accountant in Dublin with Haughey Boland (now Deloitte) before joining Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) in London. She moved to Sydney, Australia, with PwC in 1988 and then in 1995 she was recruited to join IAG insurance, one of Australia's largest insurers. Following 13 years with IAG, Anne spent three years as CFO of Genworth Australia. She has held non-executive director roles since 2013 and is well known within the Australian insurance market.

Chuck is responsible for the global marketing team, driving the FINEOS corporate brand, product go-to-market, and in-market product management for North America.
Chuck is a senior insurance executive with over 30 years of expertise in insurance and information technology. He is a frequent presenter at industry conferences, including LOMA events, LIMRA, the Insurance & Technology Executive Summit, ACORD, IASA, and the International Insurance Society. His background in the carrier, analyst, and software vendor communities give him a unique perspective on the insurance market.
Earlier in his career, Chuck helped relaunch the Meta Group Insurance Industry practice and helped it become the leading insurance advisory services practice of its time. With the merger of META Group and Gartner, Chuck moved to the vendor community holding leadership roles at Callidus Software (Callidus Cloud), Siebel, Oracle, Celent Research, and EIS Group before joining FINEOS.

David Nicolai is Senior Vice President overseeing business development in North America. Over his 25-year career he has worked for reinsurers and a number of software providers in a variety of roles. Prior to joining FINEOS in 2006, he was a software developer and later a product manager at CSC before becoming Director of Sales at SunGard Insurance Systems. His insurance career began in 1994 at Duncanson & Holt Reinsurers and later Unum where he served in a variety of roles before becoming a manager for the organization's long term care insurance unit.

Martin is currently the CEO of the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia (ASFA). He was previously a partner at KPMG, where he worked with clients across financial services and other sectors to drive transformational change. From 2007 to 2011, Martin was CEO at the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA). Prior to FINSIA, he led strategy and development for the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) in Asia Pacific. Martin holds a Ph.D from the National University of Ireland, is a former senior Fulbright scholar and has extensive research and policy experience from his time as an academic. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Technology Sydney, where he is also Chair of the Centre for Management and Organisational Studies (CMOS) Advisory Board.

As Chief Product Officer, Eoin has responsibility for ensuring FINEOS builds the right products to win in its markets. His goal is software that gives FINEOS customers a competitive advantage.
With FINEOS since 1996, Eoin led the original product design team for the FINEOS Claims, FINEOS Payments and FINEOS Provider products. In his current role, he leads the FINEOS product management team and practice.
As chair of the Product Strategy Group, Eoin helps define product direction and coordinate product planning.
