First Op Manufacturing Inc. has over 20 years of experience providing machining servicees to many industries in the northwest. Our shop is equipped with CNC Machining and Turning centers, manual machine tools, metal welding & fabrication and a plastic fabrication department... Besides our CNC machining and turning services, we assemble components and provide repair services that include overhaul of various process equipment, including manufacturing replacement parts. In addition, depending on the nature of the equipment, we offer onsite repair service... we have a plastic fabrication dept that has produced a variety of wet benches, caustic storage containment units, flow control manifolds, and rolling transfer carts. We also perform onsite plastic welding repairs on a varity of equipment including large volume storage vats.
