FOREST METRIX

Forest Metrix is a mobile forestry software app for timber cruising, forestry plans, mensuration, and forest inventory. It works on desktop and mobile devices... Tig and Donn started Forest Metrix together in 2012, creating the first generally-usable timber cruise application that also runs on iPhones and iPads. Urban Forest Metrix, an application designed for arborists doing tree inventories came a couple years later. Hundreds of businesses and dozens of governments - ranging from cities and water districuts to states and provinces - rely on the software... Forest Metrix's development was driven by careful listening to clients. Over the past 12 years, we've conducted surveys to get feedback from our users - both what works and what is lacking - and we listened.
