Craig brings over 25 years of experience in leadership, banking, property finance, and funds management.
Craig has held the roles of Executive General Manager - BNZ Partners, Head of Property Finance at BNZ, and General Manager Wealth and Insurance at ASB. He is currently active in delivering large scale residential developments and has been a past owner of a GJ Gardner Construction business.
During his broad career across the NZ and UK markets, Craig has acquired extensive experience across large business and property portfolios, property development, and residential construction. He has an expert knowledge in delivering to multiple stakeholders across the public, private, government, and iwi sectors.
Craig holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Science (Valuation and Farm Management) from Massey, and Post Graduate Diploma in Business (Finance). He is a chartered member of the Institute of Directors, Fellow of FINSIA, and has studied executive leadership at INSEAD.
Craig is married to Kim, and has three teenage children. When not supporting his children's many interests he spends much of spare time in the Coromandel enjoying watersports.

Greig graduated from Auckland University in 1986 with an economics degree. Following this he commenced his banking career with NZI Bank and subsequently worked for HSBC, Countrywide Bank and Bank of Scotland in London.
On returning to New Zealand he formed CapitalGroup with Phillip Bell in 1996. Since that time he has helped develop CapitalGroup to become one of the leading providers of private capital to the NZ property market.
Greig is married to Deb and has three children. His interests include, fitness, boating, fishing and reading.

Kylie has over 17 years' commercial law experience and over 12 years' governance experience, and has very strong commercial, analytical and risk management skills.
Kylie is based in Tauranga and is a former partner of Sharp Tudhope Lawyers. Kylie has worked with a range of commercial enterprises, both large and small, spanning various industries, including manufacturing, exporting, horticulture, software development and financial services.
Kylie is an experienced director and is currently a director for Craigs Investment Partners Superannuation Management Limited, Custodial Services Limited, and other private companies.
Kylie has a BA, LLB (Hons) from the University of Auckland.

Mark is the Executive Chairman for Colliers in New Zealand, having been with the company for 34 years. His journey with Colliers began in 1989 when he joined the Auckland office as an Office Leasing Manager and Broker, leading to his appointment as the Chief Executive Officer in 1994. He then transitioned to the role of Executive Chairman in 2023.
During his tenure as CEO, Mark grew the Colliers team in New Zealand from 80 to 800, introduced numerous new business lines and extended coverage nationally with over 30 offices and a comprehensive rural and agribusiness service. Under his leadership, the company's revenue grew approximately 18-fold, incorporating five acquisitions, the most recent being a majority shareholding in Greenstone Group (Project Management), adding 55 people to the team.
Mark has also been involved in leading the negotiations for BNZ's 21,000m² lease restructuring at 80 Queen Street, preleasing New Zealand's premier office development Commercial Bay, and managing nationwide auction campaigns for over 200 bank branches for BNZ, ANZ, Westpac, and ASB.
Together with his wife Sally, Mark established the Michael Synnott Charitable Trust in memory of his brother, Michael. The trust focuses on supporting young individuals from South Auckland to reach their potential and provides sponsorships in collaboration with organisations like the Tania Dalton Foundation, The Graeme Dingle Foundation, and Outward Bound.

Michael is a Tauranga based lawyer with an extensive corporate and commercial legal background. He is an experienced company director having served on public company boards in New Zealand and Australia and is currently chairman of Pathlab, Craigs Investment Partners Superannuation Management Limited and is a director of Craigs Custodial Services. He also sits on the NZ Community Trust Regional Advisory Committee for the Bay of Plenty.
Michael became hooked on golf after caddying for Ryder Cup player Peter Oosterhuis at the tender age of 12 and has since had an extensive participation in the sport as a player at senior inter-club level and as an administrator.

Phillip commenced his business career in 1983 with roles in commercial banking with Countrywide Bank in Auckland and investment banking with Hill Samuel in London. He has degrees in commerce and law from the University of Auckland.
In 1996, he established CapitalGroup jointly with Greig Allison. CapitalGroup is one of the leading providers of capital to the property sector in New Zealand.
He is married to Treacy and has three adult children. Phillip is a keen sportsman with a particular passion for golf and skiing.

Simon graduated from Auckland University in 1987 with a BCom. He has also completed a Master of Applied Finance (Securities Institute of Australia) and more recently an Advanced Management Programme (AMP) at INSEAD.
Simon's career started with National Australia Bank, Countrywide Bank and Bank of Scotland in London. On returning to New Zealand he joined investment bank Grant Samuel in 1995. Grant Samuel is a leading corporate valuer and mid market mergers and acquisitions adviser.
Simon is also on the Board of Mainfreight.
