With Forever Young since 2020, Adrianna is a graduate of MGH Institute of Health, having earned an MSN RN and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner designation and Master of Education and Counseling degree. She is ANCC (American Nurses Credentialing Center) Board Certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Adrianna has taken specialized aesthetic training in injectables, lasers, Master's lip injecting, and dermatology at MGH Harvard. In 2018 she was the recipient of the Health Resources and Service Award from HRSA Nurse Corporation Scholarship for academic excellence and her commitment to underserved populations. Adrianna says, "I have had a passion for make-up and skincare since I was a child. I love helping women to enhance their natural beauty and boosting their confidence." Adrianna enjoys body building and weightlifting and is the mother of two boys. She is Brazilian American and speaks fluent Portuguese and Spanish.
Jazmin hails from Easton, Pennsylvania and attended Northeast Technical Institute (NTI) in Haverhill, Massachusetts where she earned a certification as a medical coding and billing specialist. She is currently working toward her nursing degree. She has been with Forever Young since its beginning and her kind and extremely competent nature has been instrumental in the company's success. Jazmin says, "Nursing has been a goal and passion for me for as long as I can remember." She is the mother of two children, Derek and Alena, and speaks fluent Spanish.
Jennifer Reilly is a licensed medical esthetician with over fifteen years of experience in the medical spa industry. She is certified in microblading, microdermabrasion, derma planning, dermal pigmentation, advanced chemical peels, and aesthetic laser procedures.
Jennifer takes skin care very seriously and strives to provide excellent care and education for her clients. She loves helping them find solutions to a variety of skin care challenges with positive and healthy outcomes. She will customize a maintenance program using the best medical grade skin care products for those who are wanting to be proactive and prevent premature aging. Jennifer invests a tremendous amount of time keeping up to date with the most advanced techniques in dermatologic and aesthetic skincare. This effort translates into amazing skin transformations for our clients.

Dr. Cronin is the Medical Director of Forever Young Laser & Skin Center. A graduate of Harvard College and the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, Dr. Cronin completed his residency at Massachusetts General Hospital with advanced training at George Washington University in Washington, DC. He is currently on staff as an Assistant Professor at MGH and Harvard Medical School.
As Medical Director, Dr. Cronin oversees all clinical activities at Forever Young Laser & Skin Center and is trained in cosmetic injectable treatments, laser application, and skin rejuvenation treatments. His goals are to provide all patients with the most current treatment options and techniques with the highest level of care.
Leslie Grignaffini is a graduate of Northeastern University with over two decades of experience in Critical Care. Leslie has been devoted to caring for the very ill in one of Boston's top teaching institutions since 1994. She is talented, passionate, and full of energy.
Leslie began her training in Botox and Dermal Fillers in 2008 with the Esthetic Skin Institute in Florida and has since achieved a wide range of certifications in Neurotoxin and Dermal Fillers. She found that this new passion allowed her to combine her advanced medical/surgical skills with hi-tech equipment to use her artistic eye. Leslie has continued to do extensive training in the advanced use of Botox, Juvederm, Juvederm Voluma, and Kybella. She is trained in the latest use of Dysport, Restylane, Perlane, Restylane Silk and Sculptra Aesthetic.
In addition to all injectables, Leslie performs a variety of skincare, laser, radio frequency and body-sculpting work. Some of her specialties are challenging conditions involving issues such as acne, pigment correction, and body contouring, as well as post-pregnancy body sculpting, and a passion for scar revision. She designs a treatment plan for each client to achieve the desired outcome with personalized attention and follow-up.
Leslie has had the privilege of attending training by world-renowned experts in the field of medical aesthetics. She is a conservative professional in the field of aesthetics and works closely with her clients to develop a personalized approach to each client's desires.
