PAUL PRESCOTT - Managing Director

Paul Prescott has 30 years' experience managing commercial real estate projects in Asia including for The Intercontinental Hotels Group, Hyatt International and Ramada Renaissance. He has extensive Myanmar experience, working on the first international standard property developments in the 1990s. His Myanmar projects include the Dagon Golf Course (including a 4/5 star hotel and an 82 villa residential complex) and Sakura Residence (a premier serviced apartment complex).

R.P. Eddy - CEO, Chairman

R.P. Eddy is the CEO and Chairman of Four Rivers. He is also the founder and CEO of Ergo, a global advisory firm which the Harvard Business Review praised as, "breaking from industry orthodoxy with a radically new model." In addition, he chairs Ergo Investment Partners. Previously, he was a Managing Director at the Gerson Lehrman Group and a Team Leader at Monitor Group. Prior to entering the private sector, Eddy served in various posts in the U.S. Government national security arena, and as a senior Diplomat. He has a B.Sc in Neuroscience from Brown University.

RESHMA PATEL - SVP

Reshma Patel leads Four Rivers' finance operations. She has worked in senior roles in investment banking for over two decades with experience in investment banking, development and public finance. Her prior roles include as SVP at Lehman Brothers, Director at Barclays and Managing Director at Bear Stearns. She also has extensive board and operational experience in South Asia. Reshma has a BSc from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

UDAYAN (UDI) CHATTOPADHYAY - COO

Udi Chattopadhyay is Chief Operating Officer and oversees business operations on a day-to-day basis, including legal, human resources, marketing, capital raising, and social and corporate governance. He has extensive experience across emerging markets, having worked in Africa, the Indian subcontinent and South East Asia (including Myanmar) on market entry strategy, salesforce effectiveness, due diligence, talent management, public-private partnerships and government lobbying. His previous experience includes strategy consulting at McKinsey & Company and KPMG, where his clients covered a range of industries including telecom, media, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods and government. Udi has a BA in Economics from Cambridge University, and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business where he was a Thouron Fellow. He is fluent in Bengali and Hindi.
