Gildas is Founder and Managing Partner at GAN Advisory Services. Gildas is a highly qualified Major Project, Programme and Portfolio Management specialist advising decision makers on planning, delivering and assuring business transformations and capital investments in the infrastructure, property, energy and banking sectors.
Gildas founded GAN Advisory Services in 2013. He has 20+ years of international experience principally in the UK and across Central Europe, Africa, South America with leading construction and management consulting organisations including Kier Group and Ernst & Young.
Gildas is a specialist in programme set up and in establishing governance and controls effectively connecting strategy and operations via finance and delivery. He is also a planning expert in strategic phasing and integration and in preparing claims for delay and disruption.
Trevor is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager, Expert Witness and Legal Adviser with over 30 years construction industry experience having worked for contractors and consultancies. He is also a member of the Society of Construction Law, Adjudication Society and Association of Independent Construction Adjudicators.
Trevor specialises in providing project solutions by advising on procurement, commercial management, legal and commercial risks, dispute avoidance, construction contract, claims and dispute resolution. He has been appointed as a quantum and project management expert witness, represents clients in adjudications and is an accredited mediator. Trevor has been appointed expert witness by a number of international law firms and energy companies and has advised and acted on behalf of a number of large public bodies, corporate clients and contractors.
