Greg Hall

Mr. Hall has been in the Commercial Real Estate Business since 1981, working with Don R. Mullins Interests from 1981-1987 and The Mission Companies from 1987-2009. Greg has extensive experience in the leasing sector involving both Office and Medical Office Buildings while providing skilled services for clients that has included both Tenants and Owners. Greg is a native Houstonian and graduated in 1973 from Texas A&M with a degree in Business Administration. Greg joined Greater Houston Commercial Properties in 2009.

Jim Morris

Jim Morris earned his real estate license in 1976 starting off selling farms and ranches in Dripping Springs, Texas. He began selling commercial property in Houston in 1979 concentrating on land and industrial properties. During the 1980's he focused more on retail site acquisitions and dispositions for 7-11 Food stores, Kentucky Fried Chicken, GE Capital and others. During the 1990's to now, he has concentrated on the sale of retail centers, industrial warehouses, and land. Jim states that he works just as hard on a 1,500 SF lease as he would on a 150,000 SF lease; or the selling or acquisition of a 1,500 SF building as he would on a 150,000 SF building.

John P. Iglehart

John P. Iglehart's long, continuously active commercial real estate career path with high-quality Commercial Real Estate companies led him to GHCP in 2017. Background: Equipped with a degree in Economics and apprentice experience in rental properties as a youth, John kicked off his professional CRE career in 1972 by joining Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Company where he participated in their highly respected six-month training program. The training sessions were conducted by several of the country's leading CRE service-oriented brokers. "My association with Coldwell Banker Commercial ran for five absolutely amazing years. That's where I learned the basics of operating four of the primary asset classes of income-producing properties. Retail, industarial, multi-family, and office." John's brokerage experience also includes site selection for developers.

Michael has been active in commercial real estate brokerage since 1981. He joined GHCP in 1993. A specialist in industrial brokerage, Michael has focused on selling and leasing manufacturing and distribution facilities; site acquisitions and sales ; investment property sales and numerous tenant representation assignments.

Stuart Rosen

As Broker at Greater Houston Commercial Properties, Stuart Rosen has been active in commercial real estate brokerage since 1992. He attended University of Houston and majored in economics and became a licensed real estate professional in 1992 through the Texas Real Estate Commission. He was with Office Buildings of Houston until joining Greater Houston Commercial Properties in 1998, where he has consistently been a top producer. A specialist in industrial and office real estate brokerage, Stuart has focused on selling and leasing distribution, manufacturing and service center facilities; site acquisitions and sales; investment property sales; build-to-suit and design/build projects; and numerous tenant representation office assignments. Tom Carter

Principal. Fourth generation Texan and a native Houstonian. Tom attended Texas Tech University and The University of Houston studying engineering and business. He spent 6 years in the US Marine Corps. After entering the real estate industry in 1971 Tom specialized in land development, site selection and acquisition and overall brokerage for clients. In 1992, he and Carl Triola founded Greater Houston Commercial Properties specializing in leasing and brokerage of commercial properties. Tom and his wife of 42 years reside in Ft. Bend County. He has two married sons who also reside in Ft. Bend County.

Vernon McGaw

Vernon Howard McGaw has lived in Houston most of his life. He has a degree in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin and has been a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker for approximately 35 years. His real estate career began in the early `70`s with Laguarta , Gavrel & Kirk , at that time the largest privately owned commercial real estate firm in the city. During his approximately nine years with the company, the senior principal, Julio Laguarta, was president of The Texas Association of Realtors and later The National Association of Realtors. Prior to joining Greater Houston Commercial Properties approximately ten years ago, Vernon also had a long affiliation with Fuller Commercial Properties, as well as Office Buildings of Houston. His specialty is owner/user office building and office warehouse sales in the greater Houston area.
