Alicia is a Master Certified Coach (by the International Coach Federation and by the Argentine Association of Ontological Coaching Professionals), and has over 20 years' of experience in coaching, facilitation, and working with executives in the development of communicational competencies and leadership. Alicia has worked as a Mentor Coach and Coach Supervisor in training programs in Argentina, Europe, and the United States; as a trained ICF assessor, and as an individual mentor. She has a Postgraduate degree in Personal and Organizational Coaching Competencies (Newfield Chile). She also works as a Coach Supervisor.
Ariel has fifteen years of experience as an organizational coach, leadership trainer, and facilitator around the world. He has experience in developing executives from Fortune 100 Companies. He is currently a professor of management skills at ADEN, the Business School Program for Argentina and Latin America, and at Universidad Siglo XXI (Córdoba, Argentina). Since 1997, he has been involved in social media communication activities, internet media consultancy, and TV programs. He is a Certified Professional Ontological Coach (ICP) by Instituto de Capacitación Profesional (Argentina) and Professional Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation. He also studied art direction, focusing on creativity and innovation. He is the author of the book " Conscious Speaking" published in March 2018.

Dr. Damian Goldvarg is a Master Certified Coach, Certified Mentor Coach, Accredited Coach Supervisor (ESIA), Accredited Team Coach (ACTC), and Certified Speaker Professional (CSP). He has worked for more than 30 years in 50 countries in leadership development training, executive coaching, and facilitation. He trains professional coaches, mentor coaches, and coach supervisors worldwide. He is the author and co-author of 8 coaching books, the first one in English published last June (2018): Professional Coaching Competencies, the Complete Guide. He was the ICF Global Chair in 2013 and 2014.

Eva Hirsch Pontes is an ICF Master Certified Coach, and EMCC Accredited Coach Supervisor. She also works as a Trainer and Facilitator, as well as a Conflict Mediator. She lives in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and Belín Germany. Since 2013, she has been offering individual and group supervision to coaches who want to engage relationally in mutual and transformational learning.
Lily Seto has been coaching globally for over 14 years, both as an internal coach as well as an external coach. Her coaching clients range from executives (VPs and partners) to middle and front-line managers, in public, private and the non-profit sectors. Lily is also a certified mentor coach as well as one of the first coaching supervisors in Canada and has already accumulated over 500 hours of coaching supervision as well as 300+ mentor coaching hours, both internal and external, group and individual, and works globally, mainly in a virtual setting. She has a strong belief that her clients are truly capable and that her role is to support and serve them in their learning journey to mastery.

Nancy Tylim is a multilingual Master Certified Coach, Certified Coach Supervisor, Certified Mentor Coach, Clinical Psychologist, and Trainer with over 25 years of experience. Nancy is a Global Trainer on Cultural Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, Inclusion and Diversity, and The Daring Way™ based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. Nancy has experience with clinical and coaching supervision for over 17 years. She has worked with Fortune 500 businesses, non-profits, NGOs, and national, state, and global companies..
Norma is a Master Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation, (ICF). She holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires. She received her coaching training at the Argentina School of NLP and Coaching, serving as supervisor, evaluator and mentor coach until 2015. She is a NLP practitioner and founding member and Board Member of the Argentine ICF Chapter. She is currently responsible for Latin America continuing education webinars. She is a member of the staff of Goldvarg Consulting Group. As a trainer of trainers, from 2014, coordinates, along with Damián Goldvarg, a virtual Mentor Coaching certification program for Latin America coaches.
Patricia Veliz Macal, a Newfield Network, Mentor Coach and International Coaching Federation certified coach, has been a transformational coach, community educator and motivational speaker for over twenty years. She holds a degree in Communication Science from the prestigious Francisco Marroquín University and a Dramatic Arts degree from the Academia Universidad Popular, both of these institutions of higher learning are based in Guatemala City. Her education, as well as her extensive experience as a communicator and actor, has allowed Patricia to dedicate her time to design and implement educational theater pieces and seminars with palpable and enduring impact. .
Susie Warman is a Master Certified Coach, Mentor and Accredited Coach Supervisor. She has more than 15 years of experience working as an Executive Coach, in Leadership Development, Building High Performing Teams, and as a Facilitator in Mexico and U.S.A. She is also a Coach Trainer. She has trained Blind Coaches and helped them incorporate into the Labor Force. She is a Sociologist and has a Ph.D. in History specializing in Education.
