Adam Watkins, Broker Associate & Listing Partner, spends a large portion of his time meeting with sellers who desire a comprehensive plan for marketing their property and with buyers upon special request.
A part of The All-Star Team REALTORS® since 1999, Adam lists and sells homes throughout the Greater Hattiesburg region with additional emphasis in the growing Petal real estate market where he resides. He also represents buyers upon special request, and he is responsible for strategic planning within the team. As a result, Adam and the team have been consistently involved in a large percentage of Petal's residential real estate transactions for the past decade.
Adam seeks to obtain the best expertise and education available in order to provide his clients with unsurpassed care, and he holds Certified Residential Specialist® (CRS), Graduate REALTORS® Institute (GRI), Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS) and Certified Residential Brokerage Manager (CRB) designations. He received the NAR endorsement for Commitment 2 Excellence in 2019. Adam is a 2002 Summa Cum Laude graduate of William Carey University where he earned his business degree with emphasis in Finance and Economics (B.S.B). He also earned his Master's in Business Administration with Finance concentration (M.B.A.) from Tulane University. He is a past president of the Hattiesburg Area Association of REALTORS. Since 2009 he has served in various roles of leadership for the Mississippi Association of REALTORS and led the association as its president in 2019. In 2021, he was selected to be an Endorsed Local Provider for Dave Ramsey in the Pine Belt area. Adam was honored by the National Association of REALTORS as a member of the 2008 class of "30 Under 30" - a once-in-a-career selection of the 30 leading REALTORS in the U.S.A. under 30 years of age. He and his wife, Amelia, volunteer time in the community including work with the Petal School District, the Petal Area Chamber of Commerce, the Area Development Partnership, and REALTOR Associations. They have two daughters, Abigail and Hannah, and are active members of Carterville Baptist Church.

Brenda, a native of Houston, Texas, began her real estate career in 2001. She holds a B.S. and Masters Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Southern Mississippi and taught in Collins and Seminary, MS for 27 years before beginning her real estate career. Being a Buyer Specialist allows Brenda to focus strictly on the buying process which is a great advantage for her clients. Continually aware of new properties as they come on the market and the new construction in the area, Brenda can keep her client's needs in the forefront and provide them immediate updates. Always fun-loving, yet professional and reliable, Brenda makes the entire buying process enjoyable. Selling over 475 homes in the last 16 years has been one of her greatest joys because it is so rewarding to help clients with their largest investment and to gain so many wonderful friends during the process! Brenda has been married 45 years to husband Michael and is mother to daughters Breanne and Lindsey. Her absolute greatest joy is being grandmother to Kelly and Tanner. She is a member of Temple Baptist Church in Hattiesburg and enjoys traveling, decorating and spending time with her family.

Dennis Baum, REALTOR®, is ready to help you find that perfect home or sell your current one.
Dennis was born in Kansas City, MO and moved to Fort Worth, TX at the age of 3. He graduated from the University of Texas with a BBA. Dennis worked in dental sales for SS White, represented various ladies apparel manufacturers at the International Apparel Mart in Dallas, and, since 1995, has been in residential real estate sales. Dennis and his wife moved to Hattiesburg from Dallas in May of 2012 in order to be close to their grandsons, son, and daughter-in-law. He is married to the former Dixie Lee Dickerson of Grand Saline, TX for 37 years. They have two sons, David and Michael. David works for the Pearl River Valley Electric Coop in Columbia, and Michael works for Bottle Rocket Marketing in Dallas.

Kati is a long-time Hattiesburg resident. She attended the University of Southern Mississippi where she majored in Hospitality Management. Kati is extremely outgoing and energetic. She and her husband, Nick, have three daughters. Now that her children are older, she is pursuing her lifelong dream of real estate. She and her family are active members of Heritage United Methodist Church.

Linda Seifert, Realtor Broker Associate, focuses on the needs of her clients and strives to make their home buying experience fun and fulfilling.
