Heather's current services include individual and group therapy for teens and adults. Her therapeutic approach includes mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral interventions that provide each client with practical tools to help them manage symptoms. Heather also provides neurologically-based treatments such as EMDR and Lifespan Integration Therapy to fully alleviate root causes of distress and symptoms. She has advanced training in working with survivors of trauma and issues of dissociation, attachment, self-harm, anxiety, mood disorders, grief, and LGBTQ issues.
