Our goal is to encourage artists from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds and facilitate project-based creativity that has aesthetic merit and polemic engagement. We empower your arts practice and facilitate your voice... At HipCat, we believe that art ought to be accessible to everyone, which is why we have a "Pay the Rent" policy. This means that if you are unemployed, a single mum, on a tight budget, or a First Nations Australian, we offer free, discounted or barter workshops as a pay-it-forward initiative.
