In addition to general Quantity Surveying Services Jason has specialized in Bank/Project Monitoring, Distressed Project Recovery, and Procurement Strategist.

Ross is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with in excess of 15 years Professional Experience and Contract Administration. He has a wide range of experience in Civil Engineering, Infrastructural Projects, as well as Pharmaceutical, Refurbishment, Residential, Commercial, Health, Educational, Third Level Institutes and Civil Sectors. Experience covers all aspects of the firms work and is capable of delivering projects from Inception through to Final Account. Has also developed skills to a high level in Cost Planning and Budget Estimates, Cost Targeting, Contractual Advice, Commercial Management, Pre Contract and Post Contract Cost Control, Contract Administration, Preparation of Cash Flow Forecasts, Payment Recommendations and Cost Reports, Final Account Remeasurement / Negotiation / Resolution, Preparation of Bills of Quantities, Value Engineering, Development Appraisal, Procurement Strategist, Site Appraisal and Bank Monitoring.
