Claire grew up in Charleston, SC and moved back here in 2013. After spending almost a decade in the US Virgin Islands working in tourism and boat charters, she joined the Hayden Jennings Properties team and continues to provide great customer service. She has her property management license and handles most of the long term residential property management at HJP. She's happy to help owners get good tenants and to help prospective tenants find great homes to live in and rent. She also has her sales license. Claire lives on James Island and enjoys spending time with her kids, surfing, SUP-ing, riding bikes, hiking/camping, listening to live music and just plain ole relaxing and hanging out with friends.
Emily grew up in Charleston and most definitely calls the Lowcountry home. As the office manager extraordinaire, she is the captain of this ship at Hayden Jennings Properties. She is most likely who you will talk to if you call the office. She manages the short term rentals we have in downtown Charleston and additionally assists with long term rentals and sales. She could maybe even be a contractor at this point with the knowledge she has from coordinating repairs at all of the properties we manage. We are grateful for all she does. She has skills and she keeps us smiling. Outside of the office, you can find her hanging out with her son, her family and friends, possibly on some grand adventure in a kayak, a fishing boat, or a golf cart, or at the beach just chilling.

Originally from Columbia, SC, Michael moved to Charleston to attend The Citadel. After graduating, he began his work in Homeowner's Association Management and he's experienced at it, having done it for over 10 years now. Michael also has his sales license. Outside of work, Michael enjoys playing golf and kickball and taking advantage of all that Charleston has to offer with his friends and family.
