Alex Coffey

Alex joined Henry Equestrian in 2020 and has been in the insurance industry for seven years and riding horses for more than 20. Her insurance career began downtown Toronto doing data entry for the company side, which led her to decide to pursue becoming an insurance broker and obtaining her RIBO. Being able to put her love of horses to work in her career has been an exciting opportunity. Frances Maclaren

Job Titles:
  • Farm and Equestrian Client Executive
Frances joined the Henry Equestrian team in 2021 as a client executive. Frances started her career in the insurance industry in 2007. She owns a hobby farm in the Ottawa Valley with her husband and two boys. Her hobbies include horseback riding and working with children developing their passion for horses.

Kimberley Eaton-Rumble

Kimberley has been in the insurance industry since 1998. She began her career focusing on personal lines while working at two other brokerages for 10 years. She has worked at Henry Equestrian for more than five years, specializing in insurance for farms, commercial general liability for equestrian operations and personal lines. Lisa Lewis

Lisa has been with Henry Equestrian since 2020. She was RIBO licensed in 1997 and did almost exclusively home and auto insurance until 2006, when she was trained in farm insurance. She married into a farm family and has the deepest respect for farmers. It was a perfect fit and she has been focusing on farm insurance ever since. « Previous Person Next Person »

Meghan Mackenzie Bell

Job Titles:
  • Senior Manager of Operations
Meghan has been with Henry Equestrian since 2014, working mainly on the farm and liability side of the business. Meghan holds broker licenses in provinces across Canada and has obtained her CAIB & CIP designations. She began riding Quarter Horses at age 7 and rode, showed and taught riding lessons throughout high school. A graduate of the University of Guelph, she used her knowledge of horses to launch a successful international career with thoroughbreds, specializing in yearlings and breeding. Meghan's years of professional work with horses has created a deep understanding of the industry and the needs of the equestrian professional.

Mia Cassidy

Job Titles:
  • Equine Insurance Client Manager
Mia joined Henry Equestrian in 2020, but she has been involved with the equine industry for years. Her parents gave up city life to buy a farm, where she ran a successful riding school with her mom. She also competed at the high levels of three-day eventing. She now lives on a thoroughbred farm and can often be seen in the barn assisting her husband with the foaling. She has since taken on a young thoroughbred to compete at the lower levels this coming year. In her free time, she likes to run, spend time with friends and family and travel to warm destinations to scuba dive.

Nancy Armstrong

Nancy started in the insurance industry 38 years ago, first working in downtown Toronto before moving to Aurora where she has been ever since. Her main focus is the equestrian/personal lines area and she enjoy working with her clients. In her spare time, she enjoys doing crafts, yoga, hanging out with friends and family and going to horse shows. « Previous Person Next Person »

Sabrina Burgess

Sabrina began working at Henry Equestrian early in 2010. Her role at the brokerage started in reception and she worked her way up with increased job responsibilities over time. She is currently a licensed Insurance broker across most of Canada and has a passion to help our clients with their Equine Insurance needs. She has worked both as an underwriter and broker giving her the unique opportunity to see risks from both perspectives. She has been a lifelong rider, horse owner, and competitor. Sabrina previously worked as a farm manager and riding instructor and is a strong believer in supporting grassroots organizations, and pony club. She now lives on a hobby farm in the Kawartha Lakes region with her family and a multitude of animals spending her free time volunteering as the Lindsay Skating Club President and working to obtain her FCIP designation.

Sherry Suitor

Sherry has been with Henry Equestrian since 1988. The wonderful people that she works with are her extended family. She enjoys spending time with family, friends and travelling to warm destinations. « Previous Person Next Person »

Vanessa Barr

Job Titles:
  • Horse Insurance Specialist
Vanessa has been with Henry Equestrian since 2013, focusing on the equine and liability insurance policies. Vanessa holds broker licenses in provinces across Canada and has begun her CAIB designation. She has always had a love for animals and began riding as a young child, showing up to the A Circuit in hunter and jumper classes. She translated this experience into work with many equestrian professionals, including Hugh Graham and Jackie Tattersall. Her 10 years of working as a vet assistant to Dr. Arthur Rotenberg has given her a deep understanding of the equestrian world and many of the issues our clients face. She genuinely enjoys working here and helping clients with their insurance needs, explaining the terms to clients in language that they can understand.

Vincent Hebbe

Job Titles:
  • Equine Insurance Client Manager
Vincent joined Henry Equestrian in 2021. Growing up in France, his first summer job was at a Selle Francais breeding farm, which drove him to get his Bachelor of Arts in Equine Studies. Since earning his degree, he has worked at jumper, hunter and dressage farms across North America. He loves to spend time with his dog, enjoy the outdoors and he is currently learning how to sail.
