Ryan is co-founder and managing partner of Hoch Financial. He resides in Fort Wayne, IN with his wife and two kids, but also spends a lot of his time at the Indianapolis office and travels back and forth frequently. When he's not in the office he enjoys golfing, coaching his kids in sports, attending games, traveling and being involved in the community.
