Claudette Chung is a graduate of Queens College New York and began her career as an analyst at Fahn Stock & Company on Wall Street. She is currently the Managing Director of Ideal Betting Company Limited.
She is also a director of Ideal Portfolio Services, Ideal Finance Corporation, Ideal Microfinance Company Limited and Ideal Group Corporation.

In addition to being a Director of Ideal Portfolio Services Co. Ltd., Dr. Paulette Henry is a lecturer in the Behavioural Sciences & General Management Academic Unit at the Mona School of Business and Management (MSBM) at the University of the West Indies (UWI). Her specific subject areas are that of Communications and Marketing. In addition received her PhD and Master of Arts in Mass Communications from Howard University in Washington D.C, Dr. Henry completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the UWI in 1977.
A graduate of the University of West Indies, Dwayne Taylor holds a BSc. in Banking & Finance and MSc. in Corporate Finance. He joined the Ideal team as Senior Wealth Advisor. Taylor possesses over six (6) years experience, working for some of the leading companies within the financial industry. As a Senior Wealth Advisor his key role is to research and analyze companies across the US and Caribbean region, asset management, along with establishing/maintaining client relationships.
He is a former intercollegiate rugby player and enjoys weigh lighting and football.
Michael E. Deans is an attorney, practicing law for 16 years. He has worked at the Attorney Generals Chambers and the office of Director of Public Prosecutions Private Practice. He is a Captain in the Jamaica Defence Force, a tutor at the Norman Manley law school and also a Justice of the Peace.
Michael enjoys spending time with his family, working out, mountain biking, scuba diving and off-road driving.

Mr. Donovan Lewis, the Founder and Chairman of the Ideal Group of Companies, is widely-regarded as a pioneer, leader and stalwart of the financial services sector in Jamaica. His investments via the Jamaica Stock Exchange have spawned tremendous results over several decades and include the publicly-traded Salada Foods Jamaica Limited, which has been a member of the Ideal Group since 2006.

Ms. Kathryn Lewis has served on the Board of the Ideal Group of Companies since the year 2011, the same year she was called to The Bar of Attorneys in Jamaica and received her Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School.
Her Corporate Governance responsibilities include Directorships of Salada Foods Jamaica Limited, Pimora Company Limited, Mountain Peak Food Processors, The Companies Office of Jamaica and The Trade Board Limited.
In the year 2012, she founded Kathryn A. Lewis & Associates, Attorneys-at-Law. In 2013, the firm transitioned to Lewis, Smith, Williams & Company, Attorneys-At-Law and Trademark Agents (LSW) upon her being joined by two other Partners. As a Partner in LSW, her areas of focus are Intellectual Property, Commercial and Family matters.
She is a Master of Business Administration (MBA) holder from the University of the West Indies' Mona School of Business. In addition, she is a graduate of McMaster University (Bachelor of Arts - Political Science), and the University of Liverpool (Bachelor of Laws).
As Ideal's sole Executive Director she bears responsibility for charting and overseeing the execution of the Group's medium-term strategic vision.

A graduate of the University of Technology Jamaica & Edinburgh Napier, Orick Angus holds a BSc. & MSc. Finance & Economics respectively. He joined the Ideal team as Senior Wealth Advisor. Angus has over nine (9) years of experience in the financial industry and as the now Wealth Manager, his key role is to lead the wealth advisory department, analyze various markets, asset management, along with establishing/maintaining client relationships.
He is also a tennis professional and an avid sports fan.

Patrick Williams has over 20 years experience in the financial industry, advancing through the ranks of some of Jamaica's most distinguished financial institutions.
He is a senior executive of the ICWI group. He is also Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Caribbean Investment Fund and Managing Director of ICWI (Bahamas) Limited.
Additionally, he currently serves as a director of Salada Foods Jamaica Limited .
A graduate of the University of Toronto, he holds BSc. in Anthropology and an MBA in Finance from Baruch College, City University of New York.
A graduate of the University of Technology Jamaica, Ron Tennant holds a BSc. in Accounting and is completing his MBA at the University of Edinburgh Napier with a concentration in Finance. He joined the Ideal team as a Wealth Advisor. Tennant specialized in accounting roles over four (4) years of experience but opted to transition to the investment industry. As a Wealth Advisor his key role is to solicit new business, analyze companies within the local and international markets, asset management, along with establishing/maintaining client relationships.
He is also an avid basketball player.
