Bryce Glover

Bryce Glover is an accomplished leader with 15 years of management experience and a proven track record in high-performance, high-growth environments. With qualifications in two separate trades, Bryce's expertise lies in the building and construction sectors, making HouseMe a natural fit for his career. Bryce joined HouseMe in April 2018 with the vision of scaling up and growing the brand to new heights. In his role, he has been instrumental in creating opportunities that have significantly increased revenue for the company. Bryce's strategic thinking and strong leadership skills have played a pivotal role in driving the success of HouseMe. Prior to his role at HouseMe, Bryce served as the General Manager of Auckland's largest residential Glass and Glazing Company. During his tenure, he successfully managed and grew the company, further establishing its position as a leader in the industry. Bryce also held the position of Sales Director at HRV, a multi-award-winning NZ Owned HVAC company. He spent time working in Melbourne expanding the brand, supporting franchisees, and contributing to the business's international success. With an extensive background in the trades sector and residential building and construction, Bryce brings a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise to every role he undertakes. He is highly regarded for his ability to drive results, build strong teams, and navigate complex challenges. Catherine Holland


Grant (Noely) Burton

Noely has been on the tools for most of his 40-year working life, starting with 8 years in the joinery/cabinet-making industry, working on mid-range, through to high-end bespoke kitchens. Being Poached by a customer to come and work for them, he was introduced to the world of manufacturing Tiny Homes in a small east Auckland factory for Government in-fill housing contracts. (This was the late 80s when the Tiny Home industry did not exist). Noely moved into the Boat building world with McMullen and Wing and was involved in the famous "Team New Zealand Black Boat Campaign" that saw the America's Cup come to NZ in 1995. He was involved in many high-end super yacht fit-outs including "Shenandoah of Sark" and "Hetairos". Noely re-joined the building industry in 1999, starting in the trenches and working his way through all aspects of the industry to full-contract multi-million dollar home builds. Having built up a huge amount of technical building experience, Noely became a pioneer in the Tiny Home industry when he assisted in the establishment of HouseMe in 2011. Noely has led the HouseMe product development process over the past 12 years, which has ensured that the HouseMe product has continually evolved to meet the growing needs of our customers.

Jon Fletcher

Job Titles:

Jon joined HouseMe as Operations Manager in October 2022. Jon has vast experience in Manufacturing in the UK, Australasia, and India. He worked in the Steel industry in the UK for 5 years before relocating to New Zealand. Jon spent 14 years in the Energy Cable Industry, holding Australasian Senior Management roles in the global cable giant Nexans and in the Indian Conglomerate RPG. Since his return to New Zealand in 2016, he has managed a Timber mill and was General Manager of the Laminated Veneer Lumber business for Carter Holt Harvey over a 6 year period. The last 25 years have seen Jon lead focused strategies culminating in significant safety, quality, efficiency and cost-saving improvements whilst managing teams between 150 and 320 people. Jon has complemented HouseMe's world-class journey to date with his ability to understand and improve people and processes. Jon holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with Honours and a Master of Business Administration.

Lisa Han

Job Titles:

Lisa Han serves as Financial Controller for HouseMe. In this role, Lisa is responsible for the company's financial management and operations. Lisa joined HouseMe in February 2021. Lisa previously held various senior financial management positions with some US and European companies. HAMON Cooling Technology, a Belgian company dedicated design, manufacture, installation, and commissioning of systems for cooling towers for power plants, including Finance Director, Finance Manager (2010-2018). Financial Controller of SPX Cooling Technology - a leading global cooling tower manufacturer (2005-2001). Factory Accountant of SERVIER Pharmaceutical company (2003-2005). Cost Accountant of P&G Manufacturing (1997-2003). In these roles, Lisa was responsible for financial reporting, analysis, planning, budgeting, cash flow management, ERP systems implementation and internal controls. Lisa holds a Master of Professional Accounting from AUT.

Ryan Eagar - Chairman

Ryan Eagar joined HouseMe as the Chairman of the board in 2017. Ryan has over 20 years of experience in financial services and investment, having worked in senior roles for AIG, Allianz and Macquarie, as well as establishing and growing several private companies. He has worked with private equity, family offices and venture capital funds to scale up and add value to customers, staff, and suppliers. In addition to his role at HouseMe, Ryan is also the Non-Executive Chairman of Delta Insurance Group (an award-winning insurer based in NZ, Australia, and Singapore) and a Trustee of the Toi Foundation, which are the major shareholders of TSB Bank and Fisher Funds. Ryan Eagar holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Waikato and is a member of the Institute of Directors.

Tim Fahey - Managing Director

Tim Fahey joined HouseMe as Managing Director in September 2017. Tim has extensive manufacturing experience. He worked for Amcor Packaging for 18 years in a mix of Financial Controller and General Management roles, responsible for teams of up to 120 people. Tim subsequently worked for Carter Holt Harvey as General Manager of the Paper Bag Division, managing a team of 180 people. While managing these NZ-based manufacturing operations, Tim lead a number of export sales initiatives which resulted in sales expanding into Europe, Asia and South America. During this time, Tim was posted to China for 6 months to work on a McKinsey strategic sourcing project. Tim has been a driving force behind HouseMe becoming a world-class transportable home manufacturer. Tim holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland and is a Chartered Accountant.
