As always, H&W upheld their reputation for impeccable customer service and extremely fast response time. We noticed our heater was blowing cold air and called Waylon at 4:45pm. He was at our house by 5:15 and although he didn't have the replacement parts in his truck (they were unit specific), and the store was closed for the night, Waylon was able to do a work-around to make the heat work until he could get the parts he needed the next day and repair the unit. By 9:45 the next morning, the parts were replaced and the heater working perfectly. Waylon explained what happened and even explained to us, how the unit works to start the heating process and where the process was broken. H&W Heating and Air has ALWAYS been quick to respond to our needs (always within the hour) and VERY professional in demeanor.
