IMMIGRATION HUNGARY

Hungary State Special Debt Immigration project, starting since April 2013, is the first and the only investment immigration project launched by Hungarian government. According to the project, third country nationals (Non-EU citizens) , who invest in Hungarian national special debt issued by Hungary Government Debt Management Agency - ("AKK"), with a maturity of not less than five years, can apply for Hungarian national permanent resident permit. According to Hungarian immigration law "Act II of 2007 on the Admission and Right of Residence of Third-Country Nationals", applicants must invest through a company authorized by Hungarian government.
