As a voluntary organization IMPACT-N.E. was set up keeping in view for the upliftment of the underpriviledged and deprived rural people of the entire North -east, starting its journey from the deprived and poor sections of the people of Majuli, the cultural capital of of Assam. Presently the head office of the organisation is in Kamalabari, Majuli alongwith two branch offices in Jorhat and Lakhimpur respectively...
