Bernice Buzabo

Job Titles:
  • Financial Adviser
Bernice has over 15 years' experience in financial management accounting, treasury analysis and tax management. She has worked at Pricewaterhouse and Hima Cement in Uganda. Bernice developed the Interface financial management and tax compliance system in 2006. She continues to provide advice on complex financial transactions.

David Ssennyonga

Job Titles:
  • Clerk of Works
David has 19 years practical experience in building structures and civil engineering works; including in works supervision, concrete technology, estimation of quantities, survey and measurement of earthworks and control of volumes. He was the Clerk of Works for the Africa Development Bank (AfDB) funded reconstruction of Mbale Central Market that concluded in early 2014, and is part of a diverse set of experts that ensured the project is completed on scope and on budget. David holds an Ordinary Diploma Building from the Uganda Technical College Bushenyi, a Higher Diploma in Building and Civil Engineering from Kyambogo University and is currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering from Kyambogo University.

Emmanuel Mambo

Education: Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), Makerere University (2013) ACCA Level III (ongoing) Emmanuel joins Interface as the new Financial Accountant. He previously worked at Dativa & Associates as an Audit assistant, handling a diverse set of company portfolios. He also interned at National Water and Sewerage Corporation where he acquired leadership and teamwork skills. Emmanuel looks forward to channeling the administrative and auditing experience gained in growing the accounting department.

Emmanuel Serwanja

Job Titles:
  • Resident Engineer
Emmanuel is the Resident Engineer for the reconstruction of Mbale and Tororo Central Markets in eastern Uganda. Mbale Market was successfully commissioned in May 2014. Emmanuel has over seven years experience in quantity surveying, roads design, construction supervision and contract management. Emma completed his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Makerere University (2008) and is now away on study pursuing a Masters in Civil Engineering in Sweden to further fine tune his engineering expertise.

Godfrey Sejjemba

Graham Carrington

Job Titles:
  • Senior Consultant
Education: MSc. International Community Health (with Distinction) Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine (LSTM) (1995), Graham has successfully completed consultancy assignments on conflict, post conflict transition and recovery and public health in Uganda, Sudan, Mozambique, Somalia, Kenya and the DR Congo over a career that spans 29 years. He also worked in Uganda and Kenya as an adviser to the UK Government. His areas of specialism include evidence based policy development, programming, monitoring and evaluation.

Joel Kiyaga

Education: Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying, Kyambogo University (2014) Joel has a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying. Joel has four years of experience in the Construction industry. He previously worked at Halcons International Limited as the Site Engineer and Integrated YMR Partnership as the Quantity Surveyor. He joins Interface as the Assistant Project's Engineer on the Katuugo-Kakooge Towns Water Supply and Sanitation project.

Johnson Kateregga

Job Titles:
  • Resident Engineer
Education: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Makerere University (2008) Johnson has 8 years knowledge and experience in construction and infrastructure project implementation and supervision, with demonstrated ability in design and supervision of civil structures, GSM network installation, water, buildings, roads and drainage systems, for both rural and urban centres. He has worked with a wide variety of donors and organisations including ADB, BADEA, BTC, DWD, MoWE, KCC and NWSC, SureTelcom, all experience gained in Uganda. Johnson was previously the Clerk of Works on the Lake Victoria Water and Sanitation (LV WATSAN) project and is now the Resident Engineer on the Katuugo-Kakooge Towns Water Supply and Sanitation project.

Juliet Nabulime

She previously interned at New Vision working in the finance and accounts department. Juliet is keen on harnessing skills acquired during her internship towards the growth of Interface Consulting Ltd.

Maria Auma

Education: Bachelor of Mass Communication, Makerere University (2012) Certificate of Advanced French Language Usage (2012) Maria is in charge of the communications and marketing department. She also overlooks content management, and branding. She trained at Star:Leo advertising and has skills in copy-writing, project administration, as well as spoken and written French.

Sarah Na lumu

Victor Male - Managing Director

Makerere (1996) Victor is a registered engineer (ERB Reg No. 715) and a Corporate Member of the Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers (PE 833). He has over 19 years experience in programme development, project management, strategic reviews, engineering systems design, institutional development, monitoring and evaluation.
