I am a fully qualified and accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist working in Private Practice in Greystones, Co Wicklow. I did my initial training, a Certificate in Counselling Skills, with NUI Maynooth (2004-2005). I completed my core training, a Graduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy (DICP), with the Turning Point Training Institute, Dún Laoghaire (2005-2008). This qualification is awarded by Dublin City University (DCU)... Life can be tough on us. We can feel alone, lost, helpless, stuck, uneasy in our skin.
