John B. Foret, Jr. earned a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance from McNeese State University in 1995. From there, Foret worked in the health and fitness field at CHRISTUS St. Patrick Hospital Wellness Center for fifteen years. During this time Foret trained athletes, men and women of all ages, and senior citizens. In 1997, he became the fourteenth individual to be awarded the title of Resistance Training Specialist (RTS). In addition, Foret recorded over 14,000 hours of one-on-one personal training while also designing sport-specific athlete training programs...
