Beverly Parkinson brings over 10 years of experience in Senior living to Keystone Villa at Douglassville. Beverly started in Senior home care in the Berks County area where she was born and raised. Over the years, she has worked in Independent Living, Personal Care and Memory Care in local communities.
Her passion for helping families find the right type of care for themselves or their loved ones has been the guiding force in her career in Sales and Marketing.
She enjoys spending time with her husband, 4 children and 5 grandchildren as well as exercising and traveling by motorcycle.

Heather Miller, a long- time resident of both the Douglassville and Gilbertsville areas, joins Keystone Villa at Douglassville as Executive Director. Heather earned her credentials as a Personal Care Administrator at Temple University, Philadelphia, PA, preceded by earning a Baccalaureate Degree in Political Science at Cabrini University, Radnor, PA.
With a background and experience as an industry leader of 12 years, Heather brings with her to the community a passion for creating a vibrant living environment for Seniors. Having been a Caregiver herself at the onset of her career in senior living, Heather has first- hand knowledge of how personal relationships as a Caregiver can positively impact the overall wellbeing of an individual.
Whether it's having a quick dance to their favorite song or helping to fix their hair and makeup for a special family dinner or helping to decorate their Christmas tree, it's Heather's belief that these are the moments that make it a privilege to care for our Seniors. This is the special touch she is looking to bring to Keystone Villa at Douglassville, at a time when it is more important than ever to celebrate the little things in life./p>

Kim has over 22 years of Experience working with Seniors in both Skilled Nursing and Personal Care home settings. l
Kim's enthusiasm and passion for resident quality of life did not go unnoticed; she was promoted to Activity Coordinator for Personal Care and Memory care. Kim's long term care journey ultimately led her to joining the team at Keystone Villa as the Resident Life Director.
When not working, Kim enjoys spending time with her Family. She has three Grandchildren and two Dogs! She also enjoys Gardening, Bottle Digging, going to Flea Markets, Antiquing, and going to Concerts. With 20 years' experience as a business office manager, 16 of those years based in healthcare, Roxann brings a strong background centered in human resources and employee relations to the Keystone Villa Team. She takes pride in her commitment to our residents and families at work and outside of work, she is a Mother of 2 and a Grandmother of 3 who loves spending time camping and at the beach with her husband.

Ted joins Keystone Villa at Douglassville with over 45 years of culinary experience. He is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, New York. He went on to work in the healthcare industry in dining services for 30 years, but has always has a specific love for serving the elderly in a personal care environment and bringing the love of food into their lives. You will often find him in the Keystone Villa kitchen making baked goods from the heart for our residents. Outside of work, Ted enjoys time with his wife and 3 kids, as well as spending time fishing, hunting and of course…cooking!

Wayne has over 35+ years' experience in the building maintenance field and has spent the last 22 years in the director's position in the healthcare environment. He has extensive backgrounds in electrical, HVAC, and building safety systems. Wayne joined the keystone villa's team in 2021 and continues his enjoyment of working within the senior living community.
When not at work, Wayne can be found at the bowling alley or spending time with his wife and family, camping, and antiquing. He is a long time Phillies fan and enjoys watching and going to baseball games. Also, a soon to be Pop-Pop, Wayne looks forward to the experiences of being a grandparent.
