Darya Jeffreys Klammer

Darya Klammer is a Certified Specialist in Family Law. Certification by the Ohio State Bar Association is only awarded to those attorneys who successfully pass the specialized certification examination. Certified Family Law Specialist are also required to take additional specialized continuing education training. On a daily basis, Darya Klammer works with clients to understand and resolve family law disputes, be it a complex divorce or simple dissolution, interstate child custody or routine child support matter. She was former Chief of the Criminal Division of the Geauga County Prosecutor's Office. As an experienced former assistant county prosecutor and graduate of the National College of District Attorneys, Career Prosecutors Course, Mrs. Klammer has the breadth of experience to evaluate and understand legal disputes with the gravest of consequences. For instance, from 2000 until 2003, while an assistant prosecutor, Mrs. Klammer was a critical component of the team focused on the prosecution of three individuals charged with a brutal murder, burglary and felonious assault. In addition to a number of appellate disputes, she successfully argued before the Ohio Supreme Court in 2002. As an experienced litigator, Darya quickly expanded her practice to all areas of trial work and finds great enjoyment in advising clients in domestic relations and family law matters. She was the Supervisor of the Child Support Division of Geauga County Prosecutor's Office. She shares the philosophy of The Klammer Law Office, Ltd. that as a boutique firm, disputes must be carefully evaluated and strategies mindfully designed.
